Dave is Looking for a Flat to Rent

My boyfriend (21 years together) and I are looking for a place and roommates to share expenses with so that we can build our savings and eventually purchase a home. We are easy going guys who would rather spend our off time at home hanging out, watching tv / movies or working on our computers. I need to be close by to the train for work, I have a trade job M-F in Claymont Delaware. My partner works in Radio and DJs so he works late. We are both nightowls, even though I work early in the morning. I know immediately when people hear Radio or DJ they associate that with Loud Late Night Parties, but that is not really the case. We are very respectful and conscious of other people. We are very pet friendly. We love dogs. Any other animal cats, Birds, Fish whatever, we like all animals. But if we had to choose one, we are definitely dog people. We have a storage unit with all our belongings and willing to to share whatever, (TV, Speakers, all kinds of Lighting, kitchen appliances....)
