Evan is Looking for a Room to Rent

Hey, my name is Evan! I'm 24 years old and am currently living in Astoria. I have lived in NYC since 2017. In my free time I like to stay active, including running, biking, and indoor bouldering. I also enjoy exploring the city, going out for drinks, cooking, and rooting for my Boston Sports teams. As far as a roommate, I am very respectful of living with others and am very clean. I am a bit of a night owl but am always very quiet at night. My preference would be to live with a non-smoker. I'm a laid back but social guy and am hoping to occasionally hang out with roommate as well! Looking to live on the border of Bed-Stuy/Clinton Hill, but also open to Williamsburg and Greenpoint!
