Nate is Looking for a House to Rent

Hi my name is Stanley (I go by Nate). Looking for a 2/1/24 move-in. I'm interested in a fully furnished, utilities included (smart TV, bed, linens, dresser, lamp, high speed wifi/internet) private room to rent. Access to public transportation needed; preferably within walking distance (less than a mile). Any specifics (except obvious conditions/rules) not listed in your ad; i.e. deposit negotiable/payment plan, etc? Month to month (rates) or any of your requests that are reasonable, will be adhered to. I would require full kitchen use (utensils, pots/pans, bowls, plates, food storage containers; refrigerator and cabinet space); as I rarely eat out and cook a few times per week. I am a black male; retired after thirty years as an analyst for the Social Security Administration. I am single, Christian and respectful to ALL. I do not engage in drugs. I do drink a beer and smoke a cigar/cigarette socially (always responsibly outdoors, discarding residue properly). I do not own pets (but love 'em all). My children are grown and all live in Houston. I am retired and work, volunteer, and school part time. I am still young (forty nine) and get along with everyone. I am quiet, neat and clean; not much of a socialist but will engage (love people, kids, pets, mountains, peace, music, movies, reads, museums, nature, earth health, and cooking). I enjoy quiet time outdoors and light yard work. I'm kind and giving; non-confrontational and avoid aggressive people. Please let me know if this might be a good fit.
