Federico is Looking for a Room to Rent

Hi, Hope you are doing well. I'm a 48 years old italian guy who's been working office hours for 13 years at the London Transport Museum in Central London but now searching to add an extra job, therefore I won't be at home much. I've lived in Woolwich for 12 years and just last month have separated from my wife of 12 years, with our 11 years old daughter living with the mum in Woolwich, so basically, I need to move out of the rented family home asap as i need to have my own space. I'm super tidy, with some good OCD tendencies for cleaning, I've been a raw Vegetarian for a few years and more often than not I practice fasting so I don't need much cupboard or fridge space, besides I won't use the kitchen that much nor the living room since I won't be around a lot due to work and outside activities like gym, walking, Volunteering and visits to my daughter in Woolwich. I have been Volunteering with Greenwich Council twice a week giving ESOL classes to refugees for two years. Would you be happy to take me as a flatmate?
