Parth is Looking for a Room to Rent

Hello Everyone, I'm in search of a single room in Mississauga starting from the end of April 2024 or May 1, 2024. My budget is up to $950 per month, including utilities. A bit about me: I'm a 23-year-old single male working in IT with a fully remote job. I'm a clean, hard-working, calm, non-smoker, non-drinker, and drug-free individual. I don't have any pets, don't engage in partying, and don't own a car (thus, no need for a parking spot). My interests include going for walks, enjoying beach summers, playing board games, working out, volunteering at religious places and cooking. In addition, I am a regular volunteer at the Hindu Heritage Centre (a Hindu Temple on Mississauga Rd). Consequently, I'm seeking a place which is close to the temple (great if it's within half an hour walk from the temple), grocery stores, and bus stops. In terms of living preferences, I'd like complete access to the kitchen and laundry, high-speed wifi, and no restrictions on visitors. I'm a vegetarian and I am comfortable with people having any dietary preferences. I can provide previous landlord references and a credit report.
