wayne is Looking for a House to Rent

I am currently studying for my Masters's Degree and will be starting my new job with a university in two weeks. I am looking for accommodation following a relationships breakdown to and I am taking the steps needed to build up my life following this separation and understand it will be a process until obtain my own house again. I have two children they do not live with me but I can have them stay with me, however, due to circumstances I may travel to visit them rather than stay over while I am rebuilding. I have a family dog who is really friendly and great with my kids, I can make arrangements for my dog to stay with a friend though if needed until I obtain independent accommodation. Due to my studies and my full-time job that I will be starting shortly, I will be busy most of the time and in my spare time I go gym. I am ideally looking for somewhere/household that would be quiet/peaceful due to my commitments. I do not want to be in an environment where people are going to party all the time etc as it will affect my studies and work.
