Hello, I'm 39yr old, single, no kids, no pets, friendly, very tidy and well kept. I'm a journeyman refrigeration technician, and also freelance as a 3d artist and graphic design. I'm all around handy and comfortable with plumbing, household electrical, and other general renovation work. I'd be willing to negotiate on prices in exchange for labour or ect... Must be willing to accept LGBTQ+. It is important to have a direct cat5/6 high speed internet connection in my living space (as I freelance from home). I would love some awesome co-habitants similar to myself, cheerful, fun loving, understanding and accepting.
