Korbin is Looking for a Flat to Rent

I’m looking for a roommate I can get along with and is cool ,also I’m 26year old and I’m just looking for a fresh start after graduating my first year of college.I’m looking to go 50/50 on rent and if I have food stamps or Amy way to help in the household I’m all in to help as well.I just moved back to Indianapolis recently and I’m looking for a stable place I can start up at.I prefer a female roommate but it doesn’t matter who I have as a roommate as long as they are cool, I’m lowly just a hippie tbh lol. But it doesn’t matter who I have as a roommate even tho I prefer a female roommate.also I do want to get a kitten soon but that all depends on where I’ll be and the timing.but I’m a great roommate,I’m big on cleanliness and organization,and I’m a friendly person as well.I’m quiet too for the most part as well.
