Antoni is Looking for a Room to Rent

Hello future flatmates! My name is Antoni from Barcelona (Spain) and I am excited to have the opportunity to share a home with you. In my 45 years, I have accumulated diverse experiences and I am sure that our living together will be an enriching experience for everyone. I am looking for a room from October 1, 2024 for a long term. Desired budget: 800$ to 1000$ with all bills included, if possible. I have a degree in Hotel Management, which means I have a strong sense of organization and hospitality. I am a calm and respectful person, but I also love to share moments of fun and laughter. I have a passion for music, which has led me to start an online music training project with my partner. I am always willing to share my enthusiasm for music and, of course, to respect individual spaces and tastes. I'm going to move to Canada to be closer to my daughter, who by the way is studying at BITC, and also, I’d like to work and contribute to the country, as well as complete my musical studies and explore new facets of life that I was not able to enjoy when I was 20 years old. I am confident that, together, we can create a home environment where everyone feels comfortable and respected. In terms of living together, I am aware of the importance of an open and honest communication. I believe it is key to establish ground rules so that we can all enjoy our shared space in the best possible way. I am always willing to help with housework and contribute to keeping our home clean and welcoming.
