janice is Looking for a Room to Rent

Hello , my name is janice , I am 28 years old , recently just got out a DV relationship & just looking for a fresh start for myself & my son who is 6 , me & his dad split joint custody & my child will be visiting/staying every other weekend! I am very out-going , Fun , OCD, respectful , I love to cook & Clean . not much of bother I stay to myself, have very few friends. I am a receptionist for 2 car dealer ships , & Iam Looking to budget anywhere from $300-$550 for rent or even $600 (utilities included ) please if anyone can help out i would greatly appreciate it. willing to offer cooking/cleaning services for deductions off rent or bills. thank you.
