Ben is Looking for a Condo to Rent

I'm 37 single and very artistic. I paint, draw, sculpt and also am learning how to produce my own music. I mostly work in electronic music genres like house & techno. I work in the hospitality industry. In my off time I love to travel and indulge in all the best life has to offer. I'm pretty easygoing and non judgemental. I'm looking for roommates that are also creative and young at heart. I am a night owl and so I prefer someone who isn't a light sleeper or a student. Someone who also works in hospitality or the arts - entertaiment industry would be ideal. Also I'm a daily cannabis user so I require someone who isn't bothered by that.
