Melvin is Looking for a House to Rent

Truthfully I have never had a roommate, but I'm willing to give it a try, as long as he/she takes care of their business when it comes to the rent, and bills and anything protainng to living condition, as for myself I going to pay my rent and bills every month no later than the 3rd of the month every month and I don't have a understanding of anything else, and I love being able to do whatever it maybe to not stress over what understood and shouldn't be a issue when it time to do that, I cook, very clean, don't disrespect anybody and love to enjoy whatever time God allows me on earth.
