I'm a very friendly person, I love everyone I'm kind and understanding.. I am leaving supported housing for a mental health illness, I do also have a sleep disorder that has nearly been solved with magnesium it's still early days. I have insomnia. In September 2025 I'm taking up performing arts at ict theatre in brighton. I'm about to do an online course in mental health first aid in the workplace. And child psychology, and men's mental health. I love cooking with people for the whole house. I do have a mood disorder this is never taken out on anyone but I do sometimes get upset so I need sensory toys and a scream pillow. I'm not perfect but I am very lovely.
