Davey is Looking for a House to Rent

I'm very clean and also budget and business oriented just in general as a person. I like to keep a presentable looking house, inside and out at all times. I don't smoke, drink or do any drugs. I don't really believe in having much company over at all unless it is a special occasion. All I do is work, work, work and come home to get myself together and recharge for more work. I'm friendly and easygoing and I mind my own business. I buy my own groceries and stay out of everybody else's. I have very clean bathroom habits and take my shoes off before walking through the house.
