Abigail is Looking for a Room to Rent

My name is Abigail, or Abby. I'm looking for a room to rent ASAP, I currently reside in a sober living house that may get shut down due to the programs financial capabilities. I'm employed part time, is why my budget is so low. I would have liked to wait a month or two before moving so that I could secure a higher budget, but I don't think I'll have that luxury. I am seeking a full time job or another part time, I have a strong background in sales and marketing so I am confident in my job seeking abilities. Until then I can't spend more than 600-700 a month on rent. However, I feel that I am the ideal roommate. I'm quiet, very clean, and communicative. I respect ones privacy and I value mutual respect. I do not have a vehicle but I've been taking Ubers or the bus everywhere and I don't love it but I'm making it work. My goal is to have a vehicle by summertime. I also have a daughter who I would like to have over during the daytime on weekends, she's a well-mannered 11 year old. Other than her, I wouldn't need to have any other guests over. I have friends but it's not necessary for me to have people over, I like to get out and do things. I'm reasonable and don't have crazy expectations for my potential roommate/housemate, any standards I have for others are standards I have for myself. I'm pretty quiet myself but I don't mind loud music. Communication is important, if I have an issue or question or anything I expect a response within 24 hours. Oh! I don't have any pets but if you do that's totally fine with me as long as they are friendly. If there's anything else I think of to add to this I will come back and type it in.
