Ice is Looking for a Flat to Rent

I’ve lived with roommates for five years & one year alone. I miss living with roommates & enjoy having shared spaces. I’m social but introverted, so I won’t be yapping your ear off constantly. I wouldn’t mind being a house that hosts (dinners, parties, etc) but likely won’t be hosting more than four people at a time for a dinner party myself. I’m a neat freak, but not obsessively. I’m definitely better when there’s a dishwasher & an organization system & don’t mind the occasional reminder to get things done if needed.
