Alexia is Looking for a Flat to Rent

I am a kind, courteous, flexible and person who likes to please others especially the roommates that share a space with. I like to cook for others, clean for others and generally I can keep to myself. I do play two instruments one of which can be played through headphones and one of which ( violin) cannot be played through headphones. however I will respect you or needs and I will leave the house to play the violin if that's a necessary for you to study or work from home etc. I have one lovely small cat and his name is Tigger, he has no smells and is hypoallergenic however I'd love for you to meet him and I before we enter into a an agreement together. It would be ideal if you already have a place to rent but if we need to find a place together that is okay but we need to hurry as I need to vacate my place current place by the end of April earlier as possible. Ideal situation would to share an apartment with another human (male or female) who ideally loves cats and will treat Tigger like their own. He is very friendly and comforting and takes very well to new people. He will even sleep with you some nights if you let him, You will follow you around, snuggle up to your legs, snuggle up to you on the couch, etc. He's a very friendly cat and if you let him in he will make your life better instead of a pain in the butt. As for me I'm building my own business right now so technically unemployed by another institution, I have regular government assistance and savings that would cover rent for an entire year. I have references and can show you my bank account for peace of mind to show you that my savings are real and available there. As for me, I'm a very quiet person who has very little friends in real life and that means I have nobody over and I rarely speak or make noise other than watching TV in my room and even most of the time I use headphones for that. I have much to contribute to an apartment so if we have to find a bare Apartment start from new we will be more than okay I have an entire two bedroom apartment furnished right now so if you need any furnishings and kitchen things we can share I don't mind that at all. The only thing I would ask is if there's a larger room, the that person would pay more rent. I have a couch three TVs two mattresses and some tables like side tables but not a kitchen table. I'm quiet and keep to myself most of the time but I'm also up to having conversation and like watching movies together if that's something you're interested in. I would love something long-term, like a roommate who is committed to living together longer term that would be fantastic and I would love someone who is non-judgmental, isn't petty or passive aggressive, and is honest and Upfront about any issues we may run into. I'm very flexible, don't mind sharing my stuff at like furniture and everything else that I can share, the only things that may bother you are me watching TV and my room or playing my instruments. we will have to find a place with a dishwasher or get a tabletop dishwasher because I have a struggle with keeping up with the dishes and prefer a dish washer. I'll pay for the countertop version if the apartment we choose isn't have one. My budget is 800-900 all inclusive and I think we can find something really nice for that. My landlord currently landlord can give a good reference about me always paying rent on time and never missing rent however the reason I moved out is personal and I'd rather not discuss it but if you really need to know we can talk about it in person. Their kids were very noisy and there was a health hazard basically. As for my cat, Tigger; he is half a foot long and 5.5lbs last time we visited the vet and hasn't grown since then. He is extremely hygienic, his litter box is always kept in my room and cleaned multiple times a day with it also with smelling crystals added. The only thing that smells is his food a little bit before but he eats it very quickly and then the bowl gets washed very quickly. It only smells like meat - he doesn't eat seafood variety.
