Jacqueline Has a Townhouse for Rent

I have one room and private bath available to rent for immediate occupancy. I have a kitty so I'm sorry, but no other pets. It's a 3bed/3bath townhome off Friars at The Escala (across the street from Costco) Rent is $1300. We are 2 super chill females!! The community is phenomenal with a huge gym and pool, jacuzzi and even a wading(??).. 😂 pool. Tennis courts and walking trails are here as well. The room is located on the second floor (garage and washer dryer on 1st floor). The kitchen, front room and nice size patio/balcony is also on this floor. My roommate and I are on the 3rd floor. This townhouse is gorgeous with hardwood floors throughout, state- of-the-art appliances and room to hang your bike or ?? There is also some room in the garage to store some belongings.
