Carrie Has a House for Rent

Our family has been hosting students and families for over 15 years now. We currently have a single and double bedroom available. There’s a guest bathroom (not private) with a tub and shower. The Single Bedroom has a single size bed, dresser with mirror and a nightstand. Chargers are supplied in each room (iphone, android and iwatch). A ceiling fan and central air conditioner. There is also a large closet with shelves for shoes and storage. We work out of our home and available as needed. Our home is cosy and quiet the majority of the time. It is also secured by 24 hour surveillance cameras, inside and out. You’ll have full use and access to the kitchen area. There’s a Keurig Coffee Maker, Microwave, Blender, Etc. Feel free to cook a hot meal and store food and beverages in the refrigerators for later use or that night time snack. Just cleanup after yourself when you’re done cooking (stove, counter, pots and pans) or eating (plates, cups, silverware and tabletop). Cleanliness is a plus. Filthiness is prohibited. BONUS: If you enjoy playing piano, you’re more than welcome to use ours. It’s a fully weighted, 88 key, Williams Rhapsody 2 Digital Console Piano. Many of our students have returned to what they like to call their very own American Home! About Us: We are a very reliable, self-employed, Christian family. We work out of our home to allow us to spend more quality time with each other and to be able to interact with our students and guests even more. There is never a dull moment in our home. We have had some great students and we truly enjoy having them here as part of our family. Its a wonderful feeling to know that we make a difference in their lives as we are sure that we will make a difference in yours too. Transportation: Our family can also assist in providing transportation to and from your school or job for a daily fee, depending on the distance. Homestay Fee: Your remaining reservation rent is due immediately upon arrival via Zelle or Cash only. Our rooms are on a first come first serve basis. If your payment is not received upon reserving your room and another student pays, your room will no longer be available, unless otherwise noted. Deposit Required: An advanced weekly or monthly payment is required to reserve and hold the room for the date(s) you’ve requested. It secures the room for YOU and only you so that no one else can move in while in HOLD status. No exceptions! Everyone is welcomed!
