Check in is from 7pm to 10 pm check out is 2pm. Times are flexible most weekdays and on weekends if no other guest have to check out. Payment is due on arrival. My home is a quiet single family home in community oriented family friendly block. 5 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home in Flatlands /Glenwood area of Brooklyn. 15 Minutes away from local shopping. 35-40 minutes to the city. (Lower Manhattan). One hour from mid Manhattan. Average time from anywhere in city. One room has a separate semi private entrance, in a basement apartment 8ft high ceilings, 10*9ft shared kitchen and bath with one other. One room with a queen size bed , closet and dresser available. The second room is a bit smaller 9*8 with larger windows. Both have double beds. I'm a mother of two. I also have a multi-poo , she will not be in your living area.
