As homeowners, Jean Paul and I are both friendly, open and sociable, but also appreciate guest's time and space. On the day of your arrival, we will be here to open and the door and greet you—no key box or impersonal check-in. All our guest are welcome to chat and ask anything about Leeds and our area. We can recommend restaurants to our guests. Do not hesitate to ask info as we are more than happy to help and make your stay a bit more special. Neighbourhood overview The house is part of a new development. The neighbourhood is friendly, multicultural, and residential. Positioned between other popular suburbs, Seacroft is one of the best-connected parts of the city. It also has nearby food outlets and amenities that would cater to various tastes.
