Cindy Has a House for Rent

Hello there! I'm Cindy, I live in a lovely home in a part of Cardiff called Penylan. I'm very near Roath Park Lake where there is a beautiful rose garden, a boating lake and lots of wildlife. The location is wonderful and central. *Guests do not have access to the kitchen for cooking (tea or coffee is available in the bedroom)- There are several bus routes nearby which will take you into the city centre, taking about 10-15 mins or of course you can walk, taking about 40 mins. There is plenty to see in the city centre. Cardiff Castle is certainly worth a visit. The bay is lovely and full of restaurants for foodies to check out! The University Hospital of Wales is a 10 - 15 minute walk away or 3 minutes away by car. The engineering campus on Newport road is 15 minutes away by bus, walkable in 30-40 minutes also. Cardiff airport is 40 minutes away by car Bristol airport is 1 hour away by car Cardiff main Train station is in city centre - about 30 minutes away The bus stop 5 mins away from the home I have 4 extra bedrooms that I rent out, 1 being ensuite. The kitchen is out of bounds. Tea/coffee & kettle is in the room. I look forward to hearing from you!
