Hal Has a Flat for Rent

MY ADVERT IS TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED TO HOUSE TURKEY EARTHQUAKE SURVIVORS-Excellent location in Dalston / Stoke Newington N16 (Zone 2, North-East London). The flat consists of 2 double bedrooms, a double room sized lounge, medium sized kitchen and toilet-bathroom. I am the only person you would be sharing with. It is fully furnished. The bedroom that is available has a double bed with a memory foam mattress, a chest of draws, a desk & 2 chairs and an inbuilt wardrobe. The rooms are keyed for maximum privacy. Washing machine, Dishwasher, fridge freezer and Cooker all provided for shared use. And some house rules: Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. Brutal honesty: I am looking for a lodger, not a friend to socialise with. I am a private person and would like to relax in my home in peace and quiet. Please do not expect much from me in the way of socialising but expect plenty in respect of politeness and courtesy. If you are looking for a clean and quiet home after a hard day’s work or study, you found it. Both long and short term lets are possible (minimum 1 month). Transport links: busses number 73, 476, 236,141,21 are all 4-5 minutes’ walk away. Dalston Kingsland station is 10 minutes’ walk away. Canonbury and Stoke Newington stations are 15 minutes’ walk away
