Julia Has a House for Rent

We live in a lovely neighbourhood 20mins walk from central Brighton with woods and countryside on the door stop and a good bus services into town and to the university of Brighton and university of sussex. There are an array of local shops, cafes, supermarket, bakery, greengrocer. It’s a safe and family friendly area and we have a communal garden on the street and free parking. The room is a small single room and has everything you need. There is also a double room if you prefer a double bed and more storage. I share my home with an affectionate little cat. I have a nice garden which you are very welcome to use and enjoy eating alfresco when the English weather allows! Buses run from outside my home to the city centre every 15 mins, and 5 mins up the road they run every 5mins. You can walk to the city centre in 20mins, all down hill.
