VERY SAFE & BEAUTIFUL HOME IN PRIVATE LAKE COMMUNITY WHERE YOU CAN CALL HOME! I am a newly retired professional and looking for clean, female, non-smoker and responsible homestay student. My home is conveniently located within walking distance to ctrain (18 minutes or bus 10 minutes), $ 12 bus to Banff bus stop, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, shopping, movie theatres, banks, Walmart, grocery stores, library, YMCA, gyms, and Tim Hortons. You will find our home very clean, safe, friendly and all female home. The bedrooms are on the second floor and beautiful. Very close to Fish Creek Provincial Park for walking, biking and jogging. Helping you practice English and adjust to Calgary and Canadian life is one of my priorities. You are going to feel relaxed, safe and warm while you adjust to Canadian life. We are a Canadian born family (European descent), our first language is English. At my home you will learn Canadian traditions and meet other international guests and make new friends. The pretty bedrooms (new beds and furniture) are on the upstairs floor and are fully furnished with lots of space. Also included is a private area for relaxing, studying or watching TV. You will definitely find our homestay very clean, respectful and safe. We hope to welcome you to our home.
