Charlotte Has a House for Rent

Hello! I am a 24 year old woman looking for someone to rent our spare bedroom. The house is occupied by myself, my boyfriend(23 make), and another friend(23 male). I work from home and rent out the fourth bedroom as an office. I work as an account manager for a staffing agency. My boyfriend is a professional baseball player and is only living in Arizona from Sept-April, so there will only be 3 total people living there from April-sept while my boyfriend is away for his season. I spend a lot of time traveling and visiting him from Apt-Sept as well, so the house is pretty quiet for half the year! Our other roommate works full time at Lululemon and is finishing his last year of school online. We have one cat who is great with other cats but doesn’t like dogs. He’s super friendly and relaxed and honestly the perfect cat. All three of us love fitness and being outdoors. We have a cool weight lifting set up outside as well! We’re 4/20 friendly and partake in smoking, but none of us are huge drinkers. We go out occasionally, but most nights we’re in bed before 11pm. We love having guests over and hanging out.
