Cancellation, postponement or curtailment of stay received less then 4 weeks prior to arrival will incur a cancellation charge of 4 weeks. No deposit applies. There are fully equipped kitchens/lounges on every floor, with major appliances, tableware, cookware and utensils provided. They are furnished with sofas, dining tables/chairs, and flat screen TVs. Bedrooms have double storage beds, laptop safe and small refrigerator, and the en-suite bathrooms have a shower, washbasin and WC. Close to Brighton train station and a short walk from the seafront, The property is ideally located near Brighton’s shops, night life, language schools and universities. The city’s transport links make it easy to travel to London; as well as international destinations via Gatwick Airport, only 30 miles from Brighton.
