About the room Moving date is flexiable, but contract has to be signed by February I aim to make our apartment a safe and quiet home that both of us feel comfortable to live in. What I love about this apartment is that we have large space that sometimes I just like walking here and there, which is not very common in NYC, I like to think and walk at the same time, I also like lying on sofas that are unscratchable. We have a view since we are on a sixth floor, sometimes if I’m confused with my life, I like to look down at the street and thinking. Subletted room, with two large closets, a cozy bed, some little chairs in, also right next to the shared bathroom. Dryers and washing machines on first floor of the building ✔ Camera around the building ✔ Heat and water included ✔ 8 minutes walk to 7 line ✔ Perfect location right on mainstreet with access to all various different delicious Asian food ✔ Shared kitchen, dining room and other small storage rooms✔ Only me and you in this apartment ✔ Configured mirros along with the dinning room✔ About the roomies About current roommate and expectation for future one roommate I’m a native chinese (I’m very open minded) from China, who studys in brooklyn college as a grad student, major in political science. I like hanging out with friends, playing videos games (let’s wait for GTA6 together;) and watching youtube(pranks), bowling, skiing, pingpong and golf etc. I’m a quite comprehensive person, easy going, childlike, crazy and quiet, my personality is very flexiable. I go out with purpose and always like to try new things. I’m looking forward to get to know new roommate. I also cook chinese food and you can try it lol, (might be too spicy for you haha) For future roommate: Prefer someone in his/her early 20s or around, clean, quiet. Pets: cat only couples: ✕ Smoke: ✕ (not at home, vape might be acceptable if there’s no smoke) Alcohol: ✕ (not at home) (we might be able to drink but we can’t let landlord find it lol, also don’t want to get in fight if we are too drunk.
