TENANTS SEEKING HOUSEMATE - March 1st or March 15th move in Unit: Unfurnished bedroom with a closet and huge window located near Oakwood and Vaugn available to rent as soon as March 1st. We rent the full house (3 bedrooms, 1 bath) with central AC, laundry in the house, a covered front porch, and a backyard. Price: $1400 per month until September and $935 thereafter. We pay utilities here, which varies based on the time of year. Lease terms: A roommate agreement will be signed. You will be paying rent and utilities to me which I send to the landlord. Preferably looking for a long-term arrangement. first and last month's rent for deposit Additional Information: There is a NO PETS and NO SMOKING policy in the house. You would be living here with myself, a 20 year old U of T Architecture student and my boyfriend who is a chef, as well as another female UofT student come September. We are all pretty relaxed and friendly humans!  We're looking for someone who is tidy, and wants to be in a positive home environment to come join our amazing house.  We would also expect that you are: lgbtq+, bipoc friendly, and vaccinated against COVID-19.
