Julia Has a House for Rent

Our family home is on a quiet tree-lined avenue in the Fiveways area just a walk or short bus ride from the centre of Brighton and the seafront. London Road train station is a 5 minute walk away with regular services to Brighton station, Lewes and along the coast. We are 10 minute walk from London Road with the Duke of York's cinema, the Open Market and lively bars, shops and restaurants. My daughters have left home now, although the 19 year old will be home from university during holidays. There is one (very friendly!) cat living at the property. We are offering a light and spacious double loft room tucked away at the top of the house (3rd floor) with views of the city and shared use of the family bathroom. If you require a desk, there is also an additional desk area available upon request. Payment can be via cash or PayPal.
