Great maintenance if ever needed. Pets nego. Rent plus half all bills is about $850. Wifi,wat4er, electric,cable,several apps,renters insurance,pool,clubhouse,dog park, cooking area outdoors with large TV. 2nd floor 1st door at top of stairs. Nice neighbors,great location!
