Monica Has a Room for Rent

Hi everybody! I'm Monica. I am originally from Tokyo, Japan. I've been living in New York since 1986. Before I started to live here in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn, I've lived in Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, and different part of Brooklyn. People from all over the world has stayed in this place and I enjoy learning different cultures. This spot is conveniently located in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn and it's within a minute from Subway and buses. 15 minutes subway ride to Downtown Manhattan. The nearest subway station is J Line Gates Avenue. I've been renting this space in the basement since 2012. Supermarket is in the same block, drug store (Walgreen), post office and gym (Blink Fitness) are one block away. Totally private entrance and private bathroom. The room is furnished with queen size bed with memory form mattress, refrigerator, small desk, closet, etc. I have a small Pomeranian dog and great place for dog lovers. Large kitchen, living/dining space are shared. High speed Wi-Fi, Verizon Fios Gigabit connection is the fastest available internet in my area. Large chest freezer available so you can stock up a lot of food and save money. Air fryer for quick and healthy cooking. I am a little health fanatic who is into organic foods, healthy cooking, organic cleaning and natural way of living. I think my best traits are my kind heart and open mind. My hobbies are listening to podcasts, reading, play with my loving Pomeranian dog, etc. I like to wake up early and look at morning sunlight while walking my dog. I train my dog everyday not bark too loud with full of excitement but it is often difficult for him because of his nature. I want future roommates to understand this fact.
