Hi, we are Ian and Belinda and we welcome you to stay in our home. An evening meal and light breakfast is included in our price, plus free WIFI. There is also a shared lounge/dining room, where meals can be taken with your hosts. As well as accommodation only, we offer English language tuition for overseas students, ( we are both fully qualified TEFL teachers). We can help with exam preparation, IELTs, Cambridge and ESB etc, as well as general English only. Please contact us for prices. Being in an immersive language environment, you will get ample opportunity for instant practice with your hosts and also with the wider local population, (Yorkshire people are regarded as being very friendly and willing to talk!). Our home is conveniently situated for easy access to the city centre, with its numerous shops, museums, pubs and restaurants. We are 15-20 walk from the University and the student hotspots of Newland and Princes Avenue where you will find small independent boutiques, gift shops and a lively pub scene, (especially during term time), and a good selection of cafes and restaurants offering international cuisine. For those who would like a quieter stay, Hull offers many parks and is also on the doorstep of the Yorkshire Wolds (captured on canvas by David Hockney). Hull is Yorkshire's only maritime city with easy access to the beautiful Yorkshire coast and the cities of York and Leeds.
