I am renting 3 fournished rooms in a shared apartment. One is available from right now, the other two will be available from the end of May. The shared spaces: - 2 bathrooms - kitchen and dining room - living room Amenities: - dishwasher - washer and dryer -cable tv -fully equipped kitchen The area: - very close to La Banquise and Park La Fontaine - less than 10 minutes from metro station (Mont Royale) - one minute walk from different bus stations - 2 minutes walk from the closest depanneur (bigger supermarkets available close by) Preferred age: maximum 26 years old (as for real estate agency requirements)
