Close to major highways, and bus access only steps away. 10 minute walk to Eglinton West Station Coin laundry mat is located right across the street. No parking. No smoking, no loud noise or extra guest sleeping overnight. Quiet home at 12am Shared bathroom (with homeowners) Access to kitchen (if needed)
