Susanna Has a Flat for Rent

Hey I'm Susanna and I've been in Montreal for seven years so far. I love the city and everything that it has to offer, I have two joyful friendly children and two cats. We would love to host students or young professionals in our hoursehold. We prepared an extra room, it is equipped with a twin bed with storage, personal fridge, microwave, pantry, closet, chair, desk, bedside table, full wall mirror and bench. The room can fit two people or a person with a child as an extra mattress could be provided. The room has a window overseeing the front deck of the house, which no one uses to it'll be for the guests use. The kitchen is shared and available for use as well as the bathroom. We have laundry machine and dryer downstairs in the basement as well as a big backyard. Our neighbourhood is lovely and welcoming, the location is very central it's 5 min walk to two metro stations. It is also close by to Saint Laurent river which looks magical in all seasons, it's a walking distance to wellington street with its charming shops and restaurants. A lot of parks around as well.
