Claudette Has a Flat for Rent

I have a warm and rich mixed family, I am a Covid free home too. We are a blended bunch and welcome people from all over the world. I do not provide breakfast due to the nature of my job, so I am looking for independent people to stay. One double room available in a shared ground floor flat. Newly decorated and refurbished to a good standard with a Modern kitchen. Bright and airy lounge with wooden floor throughout. No TV in property, Just laptop use in flat. Would be suitable to a independent professional person who is clean, tidy and cleans after using the kitchen, bathroom. I am, not looking for couples to live with just someone interested in a home and not just a room, someone who cleans when they use the bathroom and the kitchen, without any prompting from me, as I always leave things clean for others to use. I am easy going but would like a flatmate who respect the other person space. I am not looking for someone who parties at nite, and creates loads of noise for others just a working person. Bounds Green Piccadilly Line has great transport links. It is a short ride from the city centre. It takes just over 20 minutes to travel to Oxford Circus by tube, and the flat is an easy 5 minute walk from the station
