With a beautiful garden space and local amenities, this is the perfect place to use as a base whilst you explore York. Regular buses and trains from the village mean you are never far from the city centre. There are 2 very welcoming pubs in the village for nights when you prefer to stay local. Bed and breakfast only, lunch and dinner not included. For long term guests (1 week and more), sheet/towel washing/changing and room cleaning is included but personal laundry will be £10 per guest per week. The space Lovely family home in the attractive village of Poppleton, with easy access to York city. The village has lovely river walks, public houses and good local amenities. You will have either your own private double bedroom, with very comfy bed, wardrobe, drawers and desk, all kept to a high standard of cleanliness or a choice of three single rooms all up to the same standard. There is also a room with sofa-bed which can quickly be made up to be a further bedroom if required. You will have access to a shared family bathroom.
