Karen Has a House for Rent

I live in bournemouth , Queens park 10 minutes from the sandy beach by car, 5 minutes walk to largest shopping centre in Bournemouth 10 minutes from the train station and 15 from the Airport. 5 minutes from the bus stop to Poole and Bournemouth or London!! The river and beautiful Christchurch are near by and the new forest is ten minutes by train. Lovely rooms, double or single, if required I can provide good quality breakfast . I am very friendly and will help You as much as possible . We have dogs who are very friendly but not allowed in your rooms have many people that return again and again. Southbourne is 15 mins by bus , is a trendy area with nice bars and quirky shops, Christchurch has history, purbecks have lovely walks on the Jurassic coast , on the whole we have everything here. All people here are CRB checked ! Carbon monoxide and smoke alarms fitted .............OUR RULES.........Please please Don't slam doors and be quiet when coming home! We don't like people we don't know in our home and therefore ask you meet your friends in the nearby bars or coffee shops, this is to protect you and us. We want you to have a great time with us so We have no silly rules and you get your own key .
