Hey there! Working 8-4 hybrid. Pretty social guy, accommodating to guests and will occasionally have some of my own. Generally respectful and aware, pretty easy going and fun. This house is amazing and I would love to keep it. I'm renting now but my roommates are moving out at the end of the year so I'm looking to fill the other 2 rooms on the second floor. Only downsides to this house is that it is not wheelchair accessible, it doesn't have AC (although I put up curtains and there are big windows to air out the whole upper floor), and the dishwasher has to be rolled into the kitchen. Other than that, it's honestly a steal with the amount of space available and the location. Let me know! :)
