We have community game nights for the roommates and we like to go to cinemark and all watch a movie together at least 1x a month. We also have a home gym and nature trail .2 miles away. Large kitchen, living room, shared full bath and nice sized back yard. We love working out, playing guitar, investing in real estate, day trading, and trying new recipes. We are looking for someone who is in a growing stage of their life and we can't wait to meet you. We love having community cooking nights where one or more of us cooks and we can share a meal together. Sometimes we all watch a movie together or play chess. The roomies here get along so well they become friends and invite each other to events outside the house too. Everyone is clean and we keep the common areas like the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and dining rooms tidy. .2 miles from a nice walking trail with a lake called Nob Hill Greenbelt. It’s in the last pictures. We are 4 minutes from the shops in Denton. They have options for Korean BBQ and indian as well as Citynight KTV karaoke. We are minutes from downtown Carrollton with 3 nations brewery pictured, nice coffee shops and other restaurants. This is a great spot for dates and musical events. The old town feel here is magical. The cross streets are President George Bush Tollway and Mccoy road.
