This house is 5 minutes away from the college of lake county I have a female roommate, she works as a nanny and a house manager and she’s a student so she’s barely home, she’s very clean and quiet and keeps to herself I have 2.5 bathrooms, 1 of them is completely dedicated to my roommate and half a bath is basically for everyone but we barely use it, and i have my own bathroom in the master bathroom However, the new person will have to share my roommates bathroom which is why she humbly asked me to get a female roommate for this room The rent is $870 / month, this includes utilities + WiFi and streaming services in the living room, i also buy some essentials for the kitchen area (no charge) No security deposit required because it was already paid in full -Parking Available -Attached Garage -Laundry Room -Backyard + Fire Pit -K-cup - coffee area -Some small extra storage available in the garage if needed Note : i don’t own this house so you will be added to an existing renewable lease.
