This is a nice quiet home a few blocks from the hospital (ideal for health care professionals). The large front porch is furnished with a porch swing, and there is a small back patio and yard. The 1920s craftsman home is furnished with beautiful furniture and kept clean and tidy. I am looking for a female roommate to rent out our spare bedroom. I am single with 2 cats and 2 dogs, (friendly, love people, quiet and well trained) and a young child. My child is sweet, happy and always sleeps through the night. We are a very quiet, respectful, and kind family. Please absolutely no smoking.
