A modern hall of residence, only 15 minutes from central London by public transport and conveniently located just 6 minutes walk from Lewisham DLR and mainline train stations, and Elverson Road DLR station. There is a mix of shops, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The residence offers apartments with 3 single bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms contain a ¾ double storage bed, wardrobe and desk/chair, with access to a fully equipped kitchen with living/dining area. Facilities include free access to the well-equipped, on-site gym. There are extensive communal areas which include a games room, study spaces, TV snug, and roof terrace. There is also an on-site laundry, secure 24/7 access and bicycle storage. Minimum age is 18. Minimum stay is 4 weeks. Stays must begin and end on Saturdays or Sundays.
