It’s a shared apartment with one pair of bunk beds each room. So 1 pair of bunk bed in the designated bedroom which has a closet space. And another pair of bunk bed in the living room. The bathroom is shared. It’s reasonably spacious for the rent and in a very calm area near Wynwood. It has a refrigerator, toaster, microwave, electric stove, etc. Like to keep the space clean while maintaining other simple rules for everyone’s wellbeing. We’re open to responsible men from all walks of life as long as valid IDs are provided just to keep on records for safety. I like being genuinely warm to my roommates. Love a good conversation, exchange of ideas and knowledge while keeping my private life private. Like to nurture a healthy, positive, accepting space for people who are looking for an affordable housing option. I like treating my roommates like my colleagues - with respect and professionalism. Definitely respect the rules of the agreement and open to discuss in advance any issue that might arise so that it can be mitigated. I actively help my roommates manage their finances with small gigs and advise if needed.
