Recently bought the property, have space for a roommate. House is spacious with plenty of garage space too. The home won't be furnished upon residence, though with that said I may have some furniture to provide if interested. Most of the rent provided will likely go into home renovations such as opening up a larger living room space, a second bathroom, or a kitchenette for private use. Priority will be given to military veterans either currently serving, reservists/guardsman, or retired, as I'm a USAF veteran myself.
