Devika (Dee) Has a House for Rent

My house is Bungalow style, and the newly renovated basement have 3 bedrooms, with closets/drawers , study table, lampshade, and bed. One room has a double bed (for two people) with an ensuite. I live with my husband, daughter and a small puppy (hypoallergenic). All my family members are working and I am the only person at home to greet and welcome you. Unlimited internet and Wi-fi is available. The shopping mall is just opposite the street and plenty of restaurants/fast food outlets are available inside the mall as well as outside. Cameras have been installed outside the house facing the entrances and the drive-way for security reasons. * Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 50% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com). Therefore, you must send 50% CAD $ ahead of your stay by Western Union once the booking is confirmed. The balance 50% will be upon arrival by CASH. ** Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 5 days notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.
