Lovely bright rooms, available in family home, each furnished with a desk, wardrobe, TV, Fridge, and a kettle with tea and coffee tray. *Room 2 also has a wash basin with hot and cold water. Quiet rooms overlooking the garden on the first floor. Very clean, and guest use of shower room and WC on ground floor, with also a shared WC on the first floor. Light breakfast included: toast, jams, variety of cereals, juice, yoghurt, fruit, teas and coffees. Small silent fridge in room, and kettle and tea/coffee tray. There are 3 people living in the house with 2 friendly cats around our home. Large spacious house with garden. In great location to reach all amenities in Bournemouth by walking, and bus. Bus Service 5 minutes walk from our address, for buses to:- Bournemouth Centre - 10 mins Bournemouth University, Talbot Campus - 20 mins, designated University bus 5 minutes walk. Bournemouth University, Lansdowne Campus-10 mins Westbourne- 20 mins Bournemouth Train station -12 -15 minutes walk. £6.00 by taxi. Boscombe Chine, Pier and Beach 12-15 minutes walk.
