Refundable deposit $580 Rent is 580 a month due on the 1st. Utilities are active in the apartment (GAS, ELECTRIC AND WIFI). You’ll have to get your own stuff, like a dresser, bed etc… you’ll have your own room. It’s a shared bathroom, and kitchen. There is a spacious living room. You must have a job of at least 8 months no less than that. I can’t be having a roommate that doesn’t have a stable job, (NO section 8, & No SSI) and be using me. You will need to undergo a back ground screening as well.
