Salaam and hello, I'm a friendly, helpful living in landlord and would like to let two separate double sized and one small single, cosy furnished rooms in my lovely, comfy and tranquil home. Two rooms (Blue Room) and (single box) rooms are on the first floor and have a very clean and well maintained shared bathroom. One room is in the loft and has a very spacious and well maintained bathroom too which is shared too. ( exclusive bathroom to the guest available at extra cost) All rooms are private and lockable. I am a teaching assistant by profession and hold a DBS and first aid certificates. (under 18 are welcome ). You will be sharing a lovely kitchen, a cosy lounge and an attractive garden. I would like an easy going, quiet person who will fit in my family and home well. Someone who believes in cleanliness, knows how to use the facilities with care and is considerate of others around them. In return, you will be warmed welcomed by me and my family. House is situated opposite to the Italian Consulate. Bus stops close by with direct links to UWE Frenchay Campus (bus 19), Direct link to city centre (bus 6) and to Southmead hospital (bus 17). Walking distance to Fishponds Road and Glenside campus. 20 minutes on TIER (electric scooter) or 23 minutes bike ride to UWE Frenchay Campus. You can store your bike in my garage if needed. If you drive, there is free street parking outside my house. Central to local amenities, Tesco, Coop, Morrisons etc, takeaways, halal shops and mosques, Gym, Kingswood Leisure centre, barbershop, Page Park etc. If you're someone who can't cook, not to worry. I can cook a variety of different delicious foods including Indian, Chinese and English. (extra cost) Welcome to lovely Bristol! Places of interest : Cycle path to Bath city and Bristol City centre, Leisure centre, Gym, Page Park, Mosques, Cosham Hospital, Italian Consulate, Halal Food shops. Payment: via Bank transfer at the time of booking. Laundry washing, drying and ironing facility is available at an extra cost.
